In response to my last piece, somebody asked, ‘Is this our smoking gun?’ My first thought was how many smoking guns do you need? Covid is a pantomime. It is hard to imagine what else could be done to expose it. But such is the level of instilled fear, it seems like you could strip it naked, cover it in glitter, impale it on a flag pole, set it alight and parade it on a float in front of a troupe of singing dancing dwarves and people would still refuse to see it for what it is.
